Fighting the Good Fight … to the End

Litigation can be a long, drawn out process.  Many insurance companies count on being able to wear you (and your attorney) down to force a “cheap settlement.  At Silvern & Bulger we are willing to fight with you as long as we need to.  In a recent ERISA case, we fought with our client for 4 years to help him win the long term disability benefits he was entitled to in the U.S.District Court of Colorado.

Our client applied for his disability benefits in 2013, based on progressive liver disease and cancer.  We fought for our client not once, but twice, in Court to help him get his benefits approved.  In the end, our client recovered every dollar that was promised.  When deciding on a lawyer, make sure he or she has a track record of going to court when necessary to help you get the justice you deserve!
